An external confidant is independent and has no interests and relationships with other employees. With an external confidant, you can be sure that he/she is not part of the complaint themselves. An external confidant is objective. Conversations remain between the reporter and the relevant confidant, preventing the risk of "contagion" in the workplace. The reporter can always remain anonymous if desired.

Employees can use our consultation hour free of charge. If this shows that further support is needed, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled. The hourly rate for this is €84. This amount is calculated per quarter of an hour.

Our website detects "user behaviour" before a report is actually made. This helps us and you get ahead of potential "unspoken behaviour". For privacy reasons, this information is not shared directly, but it may trigger an information video on the specific topic.

All our confidential counsellors are LVV certified. Besides this certification, we as a company are very active in maintaining the knowledge and skills of our confidential counsellors. We do this through in-service training and joint case discussions, among other things.
